CSA PURCHASE & CANCELLATION POLICY

When you purchase a First Roots Farm Flower Subscription, you are reserving a spot in our seasonal flower program. All sales are final, and we are unable to offer refunds for cancellations. If you are unable to use your subscription, you are welcome to transfer it to someone else.

If you are gifting a flower subscription, it is your responsibility to provide the recipient with the redemption instructions included in the order confirmation email.

SEASONAL AVAILABILITY & FARM CONDITIONS

Flower subscriptions are subject to nature’s schedule. We do our best to provide a consistent timeline, but bloom times may shift due to weather conditions, plant growth cycles, or unforeseen farm challenges. If necessary, First Roots Farm may adjust pick-up dates accordingly.

We will communicate all updates via email, so it is essential that you add firstrootsfarm@gmail.com to your contact list. If you do not receive our emails within two weeks of your expected start date, please reach out to us.

FLOWER PICK-UP

Your subscription includes fresh bouquets available for pick-up on the designated days and locations selected at checkout. It is your responsibility to pick up your flowers during the scheduled time frame.

If you are unable to make your pick-up, you may send a friend or family member to collect your bouquet. Any bouquets not picked up during the designated time will be forfeited and cannot be replaced or rescheduled.

First Roots Farm and our pick-up locations are unable to accommodate pick-ups outside of the scheduled hours.

REWARDS & RISKS OF FARMING

As a CSA subscriber, both the rewards and risks of farming are shared. The rewards include incredibly fresh, gorgeous, premium-quality flowers, while the risks involve potential poor harvests due to unfavorable weather, extreme pest pressure, or total crop loss caused by natural disasters.

First Roots Farm is committed to ensuring an abundant supply of sustainably grown flowers and has a strong history of providing exceptional products to subscribers. However, in the event of crop failure, drought, floods, or extreme weather conditions, the flower subscription may be smaller or unavailable.

FLOWER CARE & LONGEVITY

Flowers are a perishable product with a typical vase life of 3-6+ days, depending on variety and care. First Roots Farm harvests blooms at peak quality, but once flowers leave our farm, their longevity depends on proper handling.

To help your flowers last longer, we provide care instructions with every subscription. We are not responsible for shortened vase life due to improper care after pick-up.

COMMUNICATION & EMAIL SUBSCRIPTION

All important flower subscription updates are sent via email. To ensure these messages are received, add firstrootsfarm@gmail.com to your email contacts, check spam or promotions folders if emails are not appearing in your inbox, and reach out if a receipt or subscription-related emails are missing after purchase.

First Roots Farm is not responsible for missed pick-ups due to unread or misplaced emails, and any bouquets not picked up will be forfeited.
