What’s cuter than piglets and pumpkins? This heartwarming session pairs our playful Kunekune piglets with a festive pumpkin-filled setting. Ideal for animal lovers, this unique photoshoot captures the joy of fall with the charm of our friendly farm animals. Whether you're looking for adorable family photos or a fun experience, "Piglets & Pumpkins" is sure to be a favorite! *For the safety of our piglets, children can pet the piglets, but they cannot hold them.*

What's Included:

• Admission: For one vehicle and all family members inside.
• Two Professionally Edited Photos: Our on-site photographer will capture your family moments among the pumpkins, delivering two professionally edited photos that will be beautiful reminders of your day.
• 45-Minute Session: Spend a relaxing 45 minutes at our farm, where you can enjoy a mini photo session in a picturesque setting and check out our Kunekune pigs. We currently have four litters of piglets and expect more to arrive any day!

• Location: First Roots Farm, W1539 Roosevelt Rd, Oconomowoc, WI 53066
• Duration: 45 minutes 
• Ideal For: Moms and their kids (of all ages) seeking a fun and interactive activity
• Comfort and Convenience: Wearing comfortable shoes that can get wet from the morning dew is recommended. Parking is available on the grass in designated areas, and restroom facilities (porta-potties) are conveniently located near the parking by the pines.
• Please Note: There are no refunds for this event. Please honor the end time of your time slot to ensure a smooth experience for all who attend! Pumpkins and specialty drinks are not available during this outing.

3. Can I buy tickets for each event date, and do I need to purchase a ticket in advance?

Yes! You can attend all three photo opportunities. Tickets must be purchased online prior to the event to secure your spot.

4. What does the ticket include?

Admission for one vehicle and all family members inside.

Each ticket includes your photo opportunity for 2-3 edited photos by our hired professional photographer.

5. Can I purchase additional pumpkins?

No, pumpkins will not be available for purchase at this event. 

6. Can we bring pets?

For the safety of all attendees, pets are not allowed at this event.

7. Is parking available?

Yes, parking is available at First Roots Farm; please park in the designated areas on the grass.

8. What happens in case of bad weather?

In the event of bad weather, we will notify attendees of any changes or rescheduling. Be sure to check your email and follow us on social media for updates.

9. Can we do a uPick while at this event?

No, the flower fields are not available during this event as our flower season has ended. However, watch First Roots Farm socials for uPick opportunities next spring!

At First Roots Farm, we want to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone during our Lake County Littles event. Here’s what you need to know about supervising your little ones during your time at the Farm:

• Parental Supervision Required:
  • All children must be supervised by an adult at all times. This is a working farm, and we want to make sure your little ones are safe while exploring the fields and picking flowers.
• Kunekune Pig Fences:
  • Please be aware that our Kunekune pig fences are electrified for safety. Children and adults are not allowed to enter the pig fences. 
• Farm Environment:
  • First Roots Farm is a natural environment with uneven terrain, insects, and potential allergens. Ensure that your children are dressed appropriately for outdoors, and keep them within designated picking areas for their safety. 
• Respecting the Farm:
  • We want everyone to enjoy the fun and have a great time but be respectful of the animals and photography spaces. 
• Trash-Free Zone:
  • Please bring any snacks or drinks you may need, but remember to take all trash home with you. We aim to keep the farm clean and tidy for future visitors.
